The Site has two levels of access: -

General Access Level: you do not need to register to use this area of the Site and can access general information about CGA Automation and information about our products and services. The Site has a search tool that enables you to find properties that match specified criteria and access to detailed information on each of the developments including site and floorplans.

Secure Area Level – Our Customer portal: Access will only be provided to you on a user name and password protected basis.

 

Our site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

If you choose or are provided with log on details as part of our security procedures, you must keep it confidential and not disclose it to anyone else. We may disable your log on details if in our reasonable opinion we consider you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. The Site contains photographic illustrations taken from various CGA Automation developments. They are intended as a guide, indicating the typical style of machine and finish. Customers should note that any computer-generated image or photography on this Site does not necessarily represent the actual finishings /elevation or fittings of the machines.

 

CGA Automation may withdraw or amend the Site and any services we provide through it without notice. If the need arises, CGA Automation may suspend access to the Site, or close it indefinitely. 

 

Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. CGA Automation has no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
